Yes. Highlights are planned to be saved as standard PDF annotations that common readers display.
Can I highlight scanned documents?
Text selection needs real text in the PDF. For scanned pages, a freehand highlight option is being considered.
Is this tool free to use?
Yes. PDF App Tools is free for everyone, with no mandatory account and no payment required.
