PDF to Word - Frequently Asked Questions
Will the layout be exactly the same in Word?
Simple documents convert closely. Complex layouts with many columns, text boxes or unusual fonts may need small adjustments after conversion.
Can scanned PDFs be converted to Word?
Scanned PDFs contain images of text rather than real text. Converting them requires OCR (text recognition), which is planned for a later phase.
Is this tool free to use?
